Snow Dragon is a unique hybrid tea, hand-gathered in Fuding County along the rugged northern coast of Fujian Province. This crop combines Da Bai-cultivar leaves (typically reserved for white tea production) with traditional, dragonwell green tea-style pan-roasting, for an entirely unique taste that reminds us of a less vegetal and slightly creamier-tasting Dragonwell.
